Ludi Lin made his theatrical film debut as Wind Monster Hunter in the 2015 mainland Chinese-Hong Kong 3D fantasy action comedy adventure film, Monster Hunt, which was a huge commercial success and became the highest-grossing film in China.

He was cast as Zack Taylor, the Black Ranger who is a bilingual teen, in the 2017 American superhero film, Power Rangers.

In 2020, Ludi Lin co-starred as Lim Tian-bai, Li-lan’s childhood friend, in the Taiwanese-Malaysian Netflix original period drama series, The Ghost Bride, based on the novel of the same name by the Malaysian writer Yangsze Choo.
